good collections/mod lists?

Im not very tech literate and not really in the mood to spend the amount of time needed to put together my own mod list AND for it to work. most importantly i just want it to work with the most vanilla mods on here. ttw or just new vegas does not matter all that much for me. does anyone have any good suggestions or just go for viva new vegas+sexout? thanks

Waters of Life. It has a full guide on how to install it and everything. You have a few configurations for how extensive you want it as well, such as whether you add cut content or some minor area overhauls and such.
