As mentioned above, Dangerous Nights is a good one. It will result in attackers appearing and giving you animations when you wake up.

 

Another option is Sexy Adventures. You won't get animations from this. You just wake up with cum on you and a message saying you were raped in your sleep.

 

Another is a dream mod: Fever Dreams. The dreams take you to other locations for animations. Some of them are rape themed while others are more positive. You can customize which ones you want to see in MCM.

Out of all the mods i tried this one seemed the best: player might sleep through the assault or wake up and attempt to fight off the assault (a minigame).
Not sure if it works with latest SexLab though.

Deviously Cursed Loot is mainly for Devious Devices application but has the basic functionality of Dangerous Nights, a whole page of general assault settings and a LOT other features you may not want/need if you prefer something lightweight.

 

Devious Interests also has a fun Sleep Bondage mechanic where PC can wake up bound and all holes cumdumped, but you never see the attackers.
