thinking about adult mods that actually build out the world rather than just pausing for explicit scenes. Basically, extend Sexual Fame or crime systems into a 'social bounty' meter so your actions like seducing NPCs rack up per-hold reputation debt that triggers organic backlash, public accusations, gear sabotage, rough music mobs, forced penance, or saucy punishments drawn from history (tarring/feathering, cuckold duels, love curses). Non-lethal, spicy, and emergent, so it feels like gritty RPG worldbuilding, not just fetish content. 
These things would sometimes be seen as random events not involving PC just to show it's how the world works and not just a system for the player.

Can this sort of thing happen? How much of it already exists?

 

Lover shouts your infidelity, in taverns, triggering rumor-spreading, -20 speech success for a week?
NPC Pretends to seduce for a second round but ends up with character tied to a bed for punishment or display;
Laxative-laced food or "love potions" as gifts or when dining in taverns;
Love curse: Spurned lover hexes you to attract unwanted suitors;
Whore's tax: Local lord imposes "immorality levy" ;
Cuckold's duel: Husband challenges offender to non-lethal "honor fight"; 

Mob justice - 
Shaved bald or hair dyed;
Paraded naked through town; 
Stripped and paraded/shamed;
Bounty, but instead of death, on defeat taken to the town and triggers stocks/pillory so the injured party can see character shamed;
Driven out with ritual (e.g., stripped/painted/shamed, by a mod driving the character out of town);
Stocks or pillory, Mob spits or throws rotten produce;
Rough music serenade: Noisy mob bangs pots outside your home nightly. Sleep interrupted, fatigue debuff.
Sexualized effigy of character placed in town square as a warning to others to avoid them;
