Is it really possible to split the files? I've seen many people say it's not possible, even the model creators themselves said it's not possible.

I tried out that ysm rip program, I can confirm that it does work.  The readme in it has english instructions in the second half.  The author also credits the YSM lead dev for "misconfiguring the security" which allowed him to write this unencryption app lmao.

I couldn't use those files anyway because I don't have any knowledge about doing this. = =a

i have a stupid idea if someone can reverse engineer fba datapack to work on ysm we can have defeat animations for some ysm models and we have a jenny ysm which i unencryption for anyone who want to edit jenny from the other texture pack. IT IS TIME FOR BLACK MAGIC TO HAPPEN AND FUCK FIGURA FOR CRASHING LIKE A MOFO

So basically you can edit animations of a YSm model? Animations and model parts?

I believe so, it seems to decompile everything but textures into json files, which I assume is what blockbench uses.

Anyone knows if there's a mod like punchy/hold my items that works with YSM? having all these model and not being able to see them in first person while holding items is a bit sad.


Edit: hold my items almost works you can see the model holding the item but different from punchy you can't customize where the hands are or the items you're holding so depending on the model you're using the items just float

As far as I know, they are not completely compatible.

After some testing using Hold my items together with First person model gave the result i mostly wanted, the best models to use with hold my items is the ones with blocky hands, the ones with somewhat realistic hands almost always make the tools you're holding float above it or clip inside it.

Also if you use First person model  if you use a emote you're going to see it in first person mode, depending on which one you use, it can be immersive but most will not (specialy if you're using hold my items which will make you see 2 sets of hands) to work around it if the model you're using allows you to change the height you can make ir a bit shorter to the point you won't see the other hand when you swing or go into the HMI setting and change around there but it's not perfect but it's something


 (note that HMI and FPM don't work together very well even more so when you factor in YSM models)

I think yzhouk.com has updated its ysm models, however I have no access to Chinese payment websites, can someone send the link for the new one?  I can only bypass net discs like Baidu and quark

On Bilibili in China, the payment options are very limited. It's no surprise that you can't make purchases because you need to subscribe to Bilibili China.

Currently I don't think there are any models made by this guy that is circulating, if u have a yzhouk.com account, you may ask the owner to buy the models and release them on their site, too bad that's basically region locked though
