What is the modern state of adult mods+TTW?

One of the only things holding me back from wiping the entire slate clean and starting over is that I've always understood that TTW and adult mods do not work together without severe issue. Is that still the case in 2026?

Nothing more for DC thought. I believed that exist some content for sexout breeder and the zeta dlc but that mod have kinks that i personally dont are interested., like breeding creatures and metamorphosis stuff. In general works well and i managed to reach Vegas with very few ctd. Some inconsistencies maybe and misaligment but stable and playable.

Then the mods that work on New Vegas work fine on TTW, but I use SOFA with the TTW addon (included on the main download of SOFA) and the stable version of sexout; the newest version seems to conflict with the TTW quest overhaul, at least on my end.

In my experience, TTW, in general terms, with the proper engine and bug fixes set up, is more stable for every modslist than New Vegas alone.

P.D. I have a mistake on that comment and the mod with breeding creatures content is not a sex-out breeder, it's a fertile breeder. And if you want to add some sfw mods on New Vegas Nexus search TTW, and you can find a lot of nice mods that work on TTW.

It is not, and has not been. 

All NV LL mods work on TTW, as TTW doesnt really alter vegas worldspace severely enough to cause issues. There is also a whole line of mods that are made compatible for ttw, or even dedicated to it.
