I keep getting this exception whenever I cancel my sims wicked animations in the queue.

Try downloading the files again, if i'm correct there's was a conflict with the royalty update (around the relationships) so Turbo fixed it the same day and upload the files again

Yup, the corrected version was released quickly after the one that was uploaded by accident from what I understand hence why the version number is the same.
