Issue with Animations

Hi Everyone, 

 

So I've recently begun using FNIS along with XP32's Animation Pack Exclusive, added Dual Sheath Redux last night, running XP32's Max Skeleton as well. All seemed to be working properly but I run into several issues since installation. 

 

My follower began to not use her weapons. Literally not draw them out and engage in combat without a weapon. Not punching in stance as if swords were drawn but they weren't. I noticed the same issue today with several guards who were attacking me. No sword drawn, they can't even fight back.

I have checked installation procedures and run BOSS. Below is my mod list. Any help trying to get this resolved is greatly appreciated. I'm already over powered so I'd prefer that enemies at least have the fairness of fighting with their weapons.  :P

Remove the XP32 sword animation. For some reason it doesn't seem to work right. For my character it literally takes 10 seconds to unsheathe her sword when I have that active

Thanks for the response. Where do I remove just the sword animation? I'm assuming its packed into the PC Exclusive animation pack somewhere. Is there one file I can delete for that? I also considered getting YY's sword unsheathe animation. I thought it may replace the animation to function better. But did this also resolve your NPC unsheathing issues?

 

It does take several clicks to draw my sword.

you see and that is the reason why I do not wear the weapon on her back.
it is because if you the one-handed weapon on her back wearing, the NPC automatically accesses to the original place of this weapon.

but since no weapon is then available, so the NPC battles without a weapon. you have this skeleton replace the the weapons placement influenced!

siehst du und das ist der grund warum ich nicht die waffen auf dem rücken trage .

es liegt daran wenn du die einhandwaffe auf dem rücken trägst , greift der NPC automatisch zum ursprünglichen platz dieser waffe .

aber da ist dann keine waffe vorhanden , also kämpft der NPC ohne waffe . du mußt dieses skelett austauschen das die waffenplatzierung beeinflusst !

Ah poop Winny! I wanted to make this work. Crossed swords on the back look nice. 

 

yes yes look fine but as you see it causes problems with your NPCs.

believe me, I had the same problem.
