Are you looking for those specific actors to not get targeted or only women? 1

No normal settlers or crowd mods like Visitors should add any elderly. 1

I hope you dont remove the males completely at least keep the player option, since I enjoy the mod and use a male player.

Think the female only is a patch, so it will work as it has been without it, so player option to use it or not. 3
