Some creatures freezing - even after FNIS for users is run

Not new to this ... After updating to SL 1.39, I noticed that certain creatures are not working, but freezing:

Atronachs (storm, frost, fire)

Rabbits (from SkyTest Realistic Animals & Predators presumably)

Dwemer/Dwarven Sphere.

But many other animals are fine!

Wolves

Draugr

Bears

Falmer

Basically all the creatures that SexLab has animations for are fine, but a bunch that are not covered by SL are currently freezing.

Here is the output of my FNIS for users

Any help or tips would be appreciated.

In addition to the not working list above, I have found also these are broken:

Magic Anomaly (in College of Winterhold quest) - they just sit and never move or attack

Any kind of Lich or Dragon Priest
