Need help with a few issues please?

Pretty new to The Sims 4 and I need some help adjusting a few things. I've spent a few hours now rfunbling through settings.

1. When I go to a bar, the sex workers are all male. Same for the website. How do I fix that so it's only women?

2. Change their body types (some are pretty chonky).

Thank you for any help, much appreciated.

Dunno about the first one (IIRC, it's the new Wicked Perversions feature or something, I advice you go and look into that), but the second one is actually several settings:

  • To change body parts use WickedWhims>Personalization>Body Parts>Change Body Part For This Sim. The menu will have options for tongues, chest, genitals and feet. If the frame is opposite gender to the CAS setting, you'll have both masculine and feminine chest, genital and feet settings - you should always choose the ones corresponding to the frame. And even then, some body parts simply don't work with opposite frames at all (the issue). Simdulgence's body parts can work with intended frame/opposite CAS gender, however, as I later discovered.
  • Regular clothes can be changed by the Plan Outfits option on a wardrobe or a mirror.
  • To change body types in CAS after creating the sim, type the next commands in the console (Ctrl+Shift+C),
    testingcheats true
    cas.fulleditmode

then Shift+Click on the sim and select Modify in CAS. This will allow you to modify the sim however you see fit. I also advice you to get the gender options mod by Maars, that will allow both genders to have breasts or enhanced pregnancy options.
