sims4 Disappearing genitals on sims with opposite frames

Apologies if such a topic had already been discussed in the past.

 

There is a certain... quirk I've noticed when it comes to WW's body part selection, one that has existed since the introduction of the frame option, I presume. Whenever there is a sim with a frame that is the opposite of what the overarching gender setting suggests (i.e. a male sim with a feminine frame or vice versa), any genital option except the default ones for the selected frame result in some sort of a glitch with it being replaced by a bottom part clothing item. For example, a male/feminine sim will have a non-default feminine frame penis replaced with some sort of a lower body clothing, attempts to undress it will result in cycling between the current underwear and a random clothing item. Moreover, same thing sometimes happens to boobs as well, and I presume this glitch is of the same nature (although I've been using the gender&breast CAS option mod, by the way - it is NOT the culprit, unfortunately, I've encountered the issue with ghost dicks long before I started using the mod). If the genital option corresponds with the CAS gender (i.e. a masculine frame penis for male/feminine frame sims), the issue is nonexistent.

 

Female/masculine sims, on the other hand, will sometimes have a bright pink strapon overlapping over their genitals - but only when they don't have sex and are undressed via the Undress All option of the Nudity menu. Such oddity disappears after sex, though, and I presume it to be a one-time glitch so for now let's just ignore it.

 

I have attached some screenshots below to illustrate what I mean. Judging by what's happening, I can guess that the penis mods (and the boob mods as well) do not play well with opposite frames. However, I did look at them with S4S and the Restrict Opposite Frames option (that I thought to be the culprit) was off. Also, the fact that CAS female/masculine frame sims seemingly have no such restriction, is, quite honestly, baffling.

 

Will it work if I tinker the mods in S4S? Or is there another issue at play?

Edit: As I've later discovered, Simdulgence's Simple Penis mod, the one part intended for feminine frames, does work with CAS male/feminine frame sims.
