Help finding a mod

I was looking at the "Sidequests of Skyrim Sexlab Patch" on Nexus and I saw the following image. Can anyone tell me what mod results in a character being suspended from a beam like this?

Could be part of the damsel series? Looks like it could be in there.

No promises tho. Can very well just be the player put Zaz items on the floor and did that ingame

A similar scene appears in Damsels In Distress 3: Breeding Slaves.
