[Question] SL animation creation, where to start?

as the question suggests i'd like to start making animations for SL SE (never done nothing like it, but i'd like to give it a shot), do you guys have any suggestions on where i could find resources, programs, etc. to do so? thanks in advance!

u know of any links for blender ?

iv got the addon working and can make and export animations and they work ingame . but not sure how to format them for sexlab . in this guide it uses a 3Dmax plugin to launch havok content tool
