Any Pregnancy mods that allow you to select what races and creatures individually that could inseminate you the player or any other female NPC?

not to that degree. the major ones (fertility mode, beeing female) allow you to choose to allow creatures or not, but not specific ones. it's been a while but i believe you have some control of the ethnicity of any babies but not who the father is (unless you fuck just one race)
