How can I remove most features from Troubles Of Heroine while keeping only a few specific ones?

I only want some quests in Trouble Of Heroine mod, more specifically, the Sexist Greybeards quests (let you have sex with them) and all the prisoner NPCs added that they can rape you since there are no other standalone mod on Loverslab that meets my requirments.

So, does it possible to do it using SSEEDIT and/or Creation Kit? If so, how do I do it, or are there any tutorial I can follow?

I can't speak for creation kit, but that would probably be the better way to do it. In my experience deleting stuff with SSEEdit/TesEdit is something that requires a lot of know how. I only ever delete things I'm certain should be safe to delete (and even then it sometimes backfires. For example, I tried to delete a single NPC type from tropical Skyrim and it started causing CTD).

 

I've never tried trouble of a heroine so don't know if this is possible, but it might be easier and safer to just make a bat file or two in order to skip the quests you don't like.

The mod itself offers the choice to include or exclude all it's various "features", I think that would be the easiest route?  Just deselect the options you don't want to see in game.
