Should I use my sexuality?

I install many of AAF mods in my fallout 4 modlist, when i talked to npc during persuasion in my left top corner show up "should i use my sexuality?" 

 

my question is that sentence is from what mod? and how to use that to work, and is there any mod similar to sexlab solution for FO4

It's from that mod:

 

If my memory is correct it triggers when you have a speechcheck option. Then when you hit something in a limited amount of time it gives the option to always win the speechcheck but the NPC demands sex after that.

 

It is a very cool mod but unfortunally i didn't use it since long time ago so i can't provide any more infos. You may find more information in the mod description (or in the description of the linked predecessor) or in the support thread.
