Incest family tree crashes game or clears marriages

I don't know if this is WickedWhims problem or not but it seems incest is now broken for the family tree (it sort of always but this now makes the game crash or just clears any marriage on load save), since the last update.

 

I tried M/S and after the eloping and opening the new family tree it will crash the game

I tried B/S and after opening the family tree it does actually show the new marriage line for both but as soon as I load the game, it removes the marriage and its like it never happened (cept my Milestones are still there)

This happens on S/S too.

the game is hard-coded to restrict incest marriages regardless of mods or not.
