Thats an interesting idea, but won't really fit into the purpose of this mod.

Very hopeful for this mod. I personally think the popularity of this one will skyrocket when pr if adult themes are added. We spend time building our character to our taste, fair to say most of us think our character is hot. An apartment theme I think would go together beautifully with a perverted landlord. Spying, inappropriate comments, hanky panky if you have no caps to keep paying. Hundreds of mods and Little Pawn is one of my favorites, the story is good but the part where the mercenaries got perverted and the camera zoomed into the characters assets (legs and chest) was just master class immersion. I use "Female Sitting and Standing" mod so when Little Pawn showed her sitting legs cross with a low-cut shirt.... master class immersion. Chem addict neighbors, butt ugly NPCs with the desire for vault dweller lol I'm looking forward for the updates.

I can imagine an adult theme would indeed work well with this mod, but I am also working on Little Pawn (and also Triggerwoman) so this mod has to wait a little 🙂

Ahhhh, I wish this were an adult module.

To be honest, this setup is actually very close to real life, so it has a significant advantage in achieving a better sense of immersion. The neighbors can't all be good people, you know. You never know what's actually hiding behind each person's door, what they're thinking, or what they're secretly doing.

So many movie or TV show character templates, even short stories from adult videos. You could film countless types of movie, TV series, and adult video scenes using every room in a building.
Activating adult content through a battle mode is too far removed from our reality. But every time you open your door, there's someone behind you trying to grab you and drag you into their room to do something they've been holding back for a long time, or a neighbor who's been admiring you for a long time finally coming to talk to you—that's very close to us.

Yes, I think a small place could be filled with a lot of stuff to be more alive. I had some ideas in mind.

Like the Catlady who happens to live directly below the player would always complain about the player making to much noise (especially with sexual activities, since it is pretty easy to catch AAF scenes which involve the player while the player is in that cell). The Catlady could come up everytime and knocking the door or filing complaints to the landlord. At the same time she has no problem with the junkie next door.

 

The Landlord himself is a pervert who placed a network of little cameras inside the building. Again every AAF scene involving the player inside the cell could trigger a sex attributes reputation "boost", because he is selling the tapes etc. 

 

But things like this have to wait for now 🙂
