Hooking into WW calls.

I have been thinking for a while on "expanding" some of the core functionalities of WW (around the Sexpertise skill). I have delineated a scope for the project already, but I did not consider that WW might be obfuscated if decompiled. Is there any known, acknowledged by Turbodriver as okay, to intercept internal calls to power this new additions I am planning on?
