Trying to install Nuka Ride unsuccessfully, looking for advice

I followed both the Nuka Ride guide and the AAF guide to a T, installing every single mod on both lists, deciding on the CBBE body. When loading into the game from the beginning, the female character has a black face texture and doesn't seem to load any of the installed skin textures. Does anyone have experience dealing with this?

Blackface usually means you have an incompatible facial texture. For example, you might have installed facial textures in 2K, even accidentally.

 

Double-check by looking at Data\textures\actors\character\BaseHumanFemale

 

I would delete everything to ensure the game uses the original textures. Once you've fixed that, install a facial texture, and this time make sure it's 1K.

Thank you, I tried this. The skin textures are not loading but the slave tattoos are not working for some reason. Is everything compatible with the most recent update?
