Animations not playing

I’m running into an animation issue in Starfield. Here’s the breakdown:

Game version: 1.12.36

Mod involved: NAF Seduce

The mod initiates correctly, and audio plays when it should. But when animations (the ones called for)are supposed to show, they don’t run.

Here’s what I’ve done: I triple-checked that the animation files are correctly placed in Starfield’s Data folder. I also read that the animation files might be needed in Documents\My Games\Starfield\Data, so I placed them there too—no change.

In short, audio works, animations don’t. I’m looking for advice or troubleshooting steps. What could I be missing or doing wrong?

What happen if you open console, click on player, and type:

 

NAF Play StandSurrender01.glb

 

If this work, can troubleshoot. If nothing happen, because one of these:

 - glb files not in correct place loose in Data/NAF/

 - NAF not installed (NAF is thing that make animations get called)

 - you have current game version that is not compatible with NAF (because NAF mod author ghosted, so we wait until someone knows enough to update NAF framework for current version of starfield, or roll back to earlier version).
