I’m not sure what those cc are, but you can try using the Sims 4 Mod Manager. It helps you visualize your custom content and makes it easier to identify everything.

It sounds like creator on this site "SAFMeiko [Super anal fucker meiko (SAFMeiko)]" 's CAS stuffs.

I see I have similar names that you have in my saved download files, "mmd_riko_200219_seriouspussy_V1_1".

Edit: I just found exact cc/mods from that creator. It is called mmd_riko_201224_SUPER ANAL.zip.

That archive file has exact files that you have.

 

I also found the download link for that.
