I've actually almost figuerd out how to do it, I managed to extract the files and modify them but I was stuck at how to inject them back into the game (I corrupted my game a couple of times lol). As long as the mod doesnt affect online play then yes, it only modifys files on your PC, so anyone playing with you will see the unmodded version of what your character has on. Unless they modded their own game with the same mods.
