Devious Devices Regulations Repeating Message?

So I have all the Devious Devices, Live a Deviant Life, Integration, SD+, Aroused... So on and so forth. I just did Live a Deviant Life up to the Helgen Keep. But whenever I enter the Helgen Keep area, regardless of which side, I get a repeating message that persists even after I leave. And it also continually gives me an item every time the message appears, which happens to be every few seconds. So even after I exit the area the message persists. I don't do anything to commence it, it starts automatically when I enter the area and continues after I leave.

This bug also gives me 'Stormcloak Punishment Plugs'. Of which I have 54 right now lol. Previous I had none.

 

I don't know which mod causes this because I don't believe I can remove any as the mods are all dependent upon one another. But doing some console stuff, I know the item in question is; '460012cc'. I believe 46 tells me the mod? So that would be Devious Regulations in my load order.

 

So I'm going to do some research and try messing around some to solve it but I figured I probably wouldn't be able to, so I would ask.

 

Fortunately Integration happens to be one without other dependent mods. So I can just remove it. But what is the problem in case I run into it again?

That usually happens with corpses, if they have any items from DD on their outfit. Corpses as bodies that were never actually alive in the game. And then integration tries to equip the corpses which doesn't really work. However, corpses shouldn't have any items in the last couple of versions of regulations. Which version are you using?
