Is there an equippable cock mod like SoS cock for Special Edition? I only able to find the oldrim version but that's about it.

I looked it up and I still couldn't find any equippable cock item mod

Only equippable cock "item" addons are for females (CBBE Futanari by Erf has an equippable addon in the same file as the Schlong addon itself). If you want cocks for men, you typically need Schlongs of Skyrim, Sam male body replacer or The New Gentleman. No one has made an item addon for males.

Like i told you in the initial post I have sos. My problem is that not all creatures have cock (especially cc creatures). I wonder if there's a mod that equip cock like a mod in oldrim.

Your original post didn't mention anything about creatures, especially creation club added ones that's a different story. There are a few out there that add to creation club creatures, but More Nasty Creatures, Animated Beast Cocks and Animal SOS (all of which are available for SE) cover majority of the Vanilla game and official DLC added creatures.  The link I shared lists probably everything you're looking for. The primary section to find anything Creature related is under the Bestiality section.
