I was originally working on a mod that added a bunch of new pill variants, but halfway through I realised it would be way more fun (and much more flexible) to just let players create any pill they want instead.

Introducing the Custom-U Machine

The Custom-U Machine lets you build your own custom transformation pill by choosing:

A base pill (Basic, Breeder, Bimbo, X-Tend, Resistance, and more)
A DNA type (pick exactly who you want the pill to transform you into)
Any side effects you want (temporary, permanent, and risky)
A duration of your choice (from 24 hours all the way to permanent)

This lets you create basically any type of pill imaginable, and enables some really fun challenge runs — like combining a Breeder base with side effects such as getting creampied lowering your intelligence or shrinking your dick size.

Random Pill Options (the machine chooses for you)

Not sure what you want? The Custom-U Machine can also generate a pill for you with random choices — for players who want chaos, surprises, or a gamble.

These options choose a random base pill, random duration, and random side effects… and now also a random DNA.

$100 Random Pill

Weighted more toward “extreme” bases (Breeder, X-Tend, Resistance) — but you can still roll anything
12 side effects, weighted more toward Permanent and Risky
Duration weighted heavily toward shorter durations, max 2 weeks

$500 Random Pill

More equal weighting, but still slightly favours extreme bases
8 side effects, weighted more evenly (still slightly towards Permanent/Risky)
Duration weighted toward mid-range durations, max 1 month

$1000 Random Pill

Equal weighting across all pill bases
4 side effects, weighted equally across all categories
Duration weighted equally from 2 weeks to 2 months
No permanent duration

Important twist: While the DNA, duration, and pill base are hidden, you do get to see the side effects you roll.
You can skip effects you don’t want, but every skip adds +1 to the total number of side effects you must take.

So you can “filter” your pill… but the machine makes you pay for being picky.

Signature Mixes (Preset Pills)

If you want something curated without fully building from scratch, the Custom-U Machine also includes 5 preset Signature Mixes — hand-picked combos with fun themes and spicy interactions:

Social Butterfly
Show-Off Star
Bimbo Snowball
Milk Maid
Breeder Feedback Loop

These are designed to be interesting, themed, and chaotic in the best way, whether you want a quick pick or a starting point for a run.

Build Codes (Export / Share Your Pills)

I thought it might be helpful if people create pill combos they like and want to use every time — or share the one they’ve made — so Custom-U now prints a receipt after creating a custom pill, including a Build Code you can copy and reuse later.

They look like this:

CUM1|Basic|12|mia|bimbo temp,people pleaser temp,milky,maid,Creampies decrease dick,Orgasms decrease dick

CUM1 = Custom-U Machine format version 1
(so I can expand this later, like allowing signature-packs/modlets people can share)

The format is:

Pill Base | Duration | DNA | Side Effects

DNA is only set if you choose a custom DNA
If you keep your current DNA, it will say self instead
You can also edit the DNA part of the code if you want to keep the combo but not change DNA

Testing / Bug Notes

I’ve tested a bunch of combinations, but this mod is huge in terms of possible outcomes. For context, there are 481,036,337,096 different pill combinations possible.

Because of that, it’s impossible for me to manually test every single base pill + side effect + duration combo. If you run into issues with specific combinations, please let me know. In some cases it might be something I can fix in others, it may be that the combo needs to be restricted to avoid breaking game logic.

Mod Compatibility

This mod should be compatible with any character or pill mods, and any mods that add in additional side effects. That said I haven't tested them all so if you any issues with a mod let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Basic pill doesn't work with permanent duration, pill wears off at end of day and my 10k is gone.

Sorry this happened, I've found and fixed the issue, just download the latest version and it won't happen again.
