diarawr Posted January 21 Posted January 21 View File Gendered Wolves - Hytale Mod Awaking from the death of modding fatigue, I have discovered Hytale to be very, very enjoyable to mod. So I started off simple. This mod does two things. It adds genitalia to ALL wolves - the wild spawning Black_Wolf as well as White_Wolf, and the summoned Shaman, Priest, and Hunter wolves. It randomizes the generation of wolves to introduce gender randomization. I believe I have it set at a 10:5 ratio if I understand it right, so more males than females. BUT I have found there to be occurrences of exactly one male and one female in a two wolf pack. If you use the Spawn Entity function and spawn 10+ wolves in, they'll all be randomized. Particularly proud of the fluffy wolf pussy. More modding is on the horizon. But it's already good to see more being made. zileteh Posted January 21 Posted January 21 (edited) It's kind of funny, one of the first pals in palworld to be gendered is garm (the wolf). It's always the wolves for some reason. Does this manage like, adding a gender that is persistent to the entity? It might be handy to be able to check "that mob there - what gender is it" for various reasons. Edited January 21 by zileteh 1

Unfortunately there is none of that at the moment - for example, there's an Animal Breeding / Farming mod out there, but the current mechanic they use is just pair two of the same NPC and then feed them both. There's no designation for one being male and one being female. Yet. I have an idea of how it may happen, but it may just break everything. So I might have to wait until greater minds get to it. I've just done the work to make an appealing set of base, detailed genitals to start, and work as source materials for those whom may introduce the "mechanics" that you speak of, haha. I'll work on horses soon also. I already also have a horse vulva, but I've noticed someone has already made a pretty decent horse cock - so that work might already be done. Will see. The one thing that Skyrim had going for it, was there was complimentary, two character trapping animations already. There is no mechanic like that for Hytale yet, that one animation might lock a second NPC into a responding counter-animation. Grappling, dragging, etc. So it might come down to turning NPCs into statutes/furniture, or invisible, and then spawning a copy of the two NPCs performing coitus as a statue performing the animations. The latter might be the easier to perform and give freedom to move around the "fuck statue" performing the animations. 1
diarawr Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 Expanding on the potential of these mods, I've been trying a few different things. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have to try experimenting with my own custom Interactions. Repurposing the "Sit" animation, for example, and using a chair to initiate an animation, does not work as well as I'd hoped it would. Because the "sit" animation is tied to EVERY CHAIR. I cannot assign custom animations for each block, currently. But I'll continue working. Perhaps at some point I'll end up with a two state chair so your character can sit down and receive some lip service. 1
