Framerate/FPS dips on random intervals, FSMP or Script Vverload?

As per title, getting odd drops in framerate that even out few seconds later. Seems to be random, when exploring outdoors, I assume it's LOD but doesn't seem to be the case as it occurs all the same without loading a new cell/region. Similar drops occur when equipping or removing Armor that is HDT/SMP enabled. Checking papyrus logs, it seems that only XP32 and DCUR spams them. Skyrim version is the latest - 1.6.1170.0

Resolved, in case someone else experiences the same issue, switch fertiltiy mode scaling from bodymorph to slif, removed those stutters for me 100%.
