Kotama and Academy Citadel Nude mods

It seems the devs have included lewd assets for us already.

 

Extracted with AssetRipper from Assets\Game\Res\AssetBundleRes\SpineAssets\Origin\

 

All that remains is to figure out how to repack these after deleting that black cloth part of the png. Anyone know how to do this? UABE, does that still work?

I've finished my portrait mod. This replaces Kotama's portrait when speaking to other characters.

These body images were actually included in the game by the devs (thank you devs), but are hidden by some of Kotama's clothes. All I did was delete the clothes that were in the way from her sprite sheet. It's possible that other characters have surprises hidden away like this, but I have not progressed the game very far. I may revisit this once meeting other characters. Let me know if there are any issues. Kotama has 3 portraits but I only tested 2 to make sure they work because I don't know where the 3rd one appears in game. Please feel free to modify these files as you wish as I did not do any artwork just erasing parts of a sprite sheet.

 

Inside this spoiler, I have listed some information about the mod in case anyone would like to help mod further.

This shows information about each portrait from Asset Ripper, and also the file locations (which .bundle file they are in). In Asset Ripper, if you load the entire PERes folder, you can browse through all the assets in game including these portraits. All other characters portraits work the same way, generally start out like "<name>_101" for example "TAMA_101" or "TAMA_102_noglasses" so you can ctrl-F for "_101" to find all the portraits. To edit a portrait you open up the bundle in UABEA, find the texture2d, click plugins, and click export. Make your changes to the png, then click plugins again, click edit texture, click load to import your texture, and save the bundle.

I've made a small update. I noticed that Kotama was wearing some flowers that obstruct the view of her hips, so I removed those too. This gives her portrait an appearance similar to the model that Haise Sasaki posted above.

 

The spoilers show a comparison of each mod. You can download which one you prefer.

There is one more portrait, tama_103. I didn't remove the flowers from those because I don't know when it appears ingame so I can't test it. There are lots of small elements scattered throughout the spritesheet and I don't want to accidentally erase part of her head. If anyone knows where this sprite appears ingame let me know. However, her chest cloth is still removed in tama_103 because it's obvious what parts make it up.

It's a mod made for unity games using BepinEx, it will work in almost all Unity games.
 

- Texture Replacer plugin Page F95
Biggest advantage is that it's easy to extract texture and you can replace them in real time for testing.
Compatible across updates.
But as the name implies it's only for working with textures.

That said:
My own mod version is anexed...
It needs both BepinEx

I'm sorry, but I'm not that familiar with creating mods for Unity games, so it's difficult for me at this point.

Okay, so what you'll so to change the static image is download and extract one of Hertzfeldt's files. It'll extract as a folder titled "KotamaAcademyCitadel_Data", click all the way through the folders until you see actual files inside the last folder, PERes, take all of those files (copy, cut, etc.) and paste them into the game folder KotamaAcademyCitadel\KotamaAcademyCitadel_Data\StreamingAssets\yoo\PERes. It will ask you to overwrite existing files, say yes. And that's it. Keep in mind this "mod" only replaces the character texture during conversations, not playing/moving through the enviroment. I'm not sure how to do that. If you use stem, you can access the game files by right clicking the game in your steam library and clicking something like "browse local files" or something to that affect, then navigate to the proper sub folder.

Still not working using Hertzfeldt's  version with no flowers she has his mods apperance not the other one. So not sure what im doing wrong. Thank you though

What do you mean she has his appearance but not the other one? What's she wearing when talking to other characters?

Ah gotcha, sorry, I don't know how to BepinEx or anything. I went to the page, and it looked a bit complicated.
