Hello, I see many mods requiring PAH and I would like to know if I can use them while only having DOM installed. DOM no longer needs PAH and DOM actually works with pregnancy mods like FM or BF.

Idk about the homes or the working one, but it was said buried in the DOM thread that the standalone DOM doesnt have proper standalone compatibility with home sweet home and aygas (and you get a slave) yet and only dom v5 which requires pahe is compatible.  Hsh and aygas compatibility is planned as far as I know

I used pah with hsh and aygas until mid 2025.

It worked well but pah latest version is incredibly buggy.

I thought dom was much more complex to play, but when i switched i was so glad i did.

Dom works fine with aygas. It works with hsh but my experience has been that the ai packages dont work properly (hsh slaves only wander around and dont respond well to commands). Dom author has hinted he may fix hsh compatibility in the future.

Dom with aygas and tdf seems to work too though i havent tested extensively yet.

Not yet tested too but could be added to your list: pah slave cart. Dom page says it should be compatible.

Most important is dom itself is so much cleaner than standard pah. In many occurrences it seems to be able to fix itself mid playthrough, simply by reloading or in rare cases restarting the game. To me thats a good reason to use dom as base.

Overall dom author is super responsive and willing to add new features (for example he added dm3 compatibility after i asked) but you must clearly prove the gameplay value to him first, because ofc like many mod developers he improves dom for free in his spare time.
