There's another mod, I think one of the ones linked to the Fusion City set, that slowly populates concord, but this sounds like a much better way to do it. Will the hardware still be free for the Sim settlement guy? This just slaps some doors on the unused/blocked doors that lead to new cells on the vanilla game, so unless another mod does that, and they overlap, it should be compatible.

This just puts a few doors where they were empty before that leads to new interiors so unless SS2 does that as well, there 'shouldn't' be any conflicts.
roflmaones Posted May 24 Posted May 24 problem is, with ss2 are ALL doors changed and used from concord settlers
awdeqqd Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Like the idea. I sometimes feel disappointed that in the original game there isn't really a "normal" way to earn caps, like you would either be killing, scavenging, and working for each faction, or selling tons of purified water or drugs. Even if you just want to sell some crops you would be acting as a landlord or a noble or something. If you want to play the game as Sims 5 - Apocalypse, you can't. I dont know what "sexist mods" is this mod meant to pair with, but this mod apparently makes early gameplay much easier and, to an extent? more realistic? Though I'm stilling wondering how lore-friendly it is for concord to be a populated town. I mean it doesn't seem to have defenses like DC or GN. There are raiders here at its very center at the beginning of the game and a deathclaw soon climb out of a tunnel. I dont know, I look forward to future updates.

Right now, yeah, the raiders are still there, but the plan is to basically lock up all the doors as if the town went into hide/shelter mode until the raiders are cleared. I may also incorporate a new Concord Guard faction that helps clear out the raiders/deathclaw. I'm also entertaining the thought of changing the dialogue between Preston to match the new lore. At the moment, I'm focused on adding a college with its own quests to help the Player gain a few perks early game. It will take some time to fine tune each one for playability and lore. Maybe after a Mayor, licensing system etc., player home, owning a cafe, but the updates will take a few months to a year most likely. Edited June 8 by Wolfe6900 1
Mimirue17 Posted July 15 Posted July 15 (edited) might I suggest this mod instead of your 1st outfit. This one is available as CBBE and has a FG version which will allow more players to enjoy your mod. Both available on Nexus for easy downloads. (the current one has no bodyslide options or conversions) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6939 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49671 for FG conversion or allow your keyword to be added to other outfits as a weave as has been done with Nuka Ride and MSMA to allow other clothing to work with the specific keywords that are needed for the NPC to recognize the player. Wolfe6900 Posted July 16 Author Posted July 16 I'll probably make a keyword injector in a future update where you can just add the keyword to whatever outfit you have on 1

I and other users have complained about this on several pages, but for some reason you haven't responded and continue to develop the mod, apparently just for yourselves. Specifically, I fulfilled all the requirements, started a new game, but the clothes still aren't being given to the player. If you add it through the console, then NPCs won't give out items, and any further activity becomes pointless. And the clothes themselves: they're very old and don't have proper body slides, no FG conversions too. The mod needs extensive debugging and interaction with the users of this forum. This, of course, is if you want to "gift" it to us, and not make it exclusively for yourself. 1

I've tested on multiple PCs and have had no problems, so unfortunately, without a debugging list with exact steps, your personal setup and etc., I can't really guide you on how to resolve your issue since I can not recreate it.

Awesome will check it out soon, thank you. As like others immersion mods are fun to have along with all the other crazy things that happen to the heroine
Mimirue17 Posted Friday at 08:30 PM Posted Friday at 08:30 PM curious as there are a lot of files in the download some of which are fairly new and some older. should we download the latest Main file, Voice file and SAKR patch then merge the changes in latest with the main file? The last voice file was in Jan is that still good to use? Sorry kind of jumping in late so not sure how you wanted your files installed - updated or installed latest fresh with older ones removed.
Wolfe6900 Posted Friday at 10:02 PM Author Posted Friday at 10:02 PM The latest file should work fine alone. It's compressed to a .ba2 and .esp instead of loose files so it compresses it down a bit.
riveth Posted Friday at 10:12 PM Posted Friday at 10:12 PM I have problems with new releases. They are causing ctd on game load / new game. Last working version was 1.1.9 loose + sakr patch + 1.0.6 voice pack New releases says no textures, where do I get those? Do I need sakr patch or voice pack ?
pcgamer1917 Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM Posted Saturday at 12:12 AM (edited) Does anyone elese have a issue with the camera locking up?? on AFF animations Cause i remove the mod and it works fine i love this mod so much but it locks the camera Edited Saturday at 12:12 AM by pcgamer1917

Notes on v1.2.1: College: There's now a college quest. > You take the intro cooking course: Awarded a perk at the end. > You become eligible for the acting course. Take it and get another perk. Random Encounters: > Each simple job increases a random global. Enough points on a random global can activate a trigger box you step into. There's about 10 trigger boxes for something random to happen (maid & nurse). > Guards are added to help clear out the Museum. > Doors now have unlock/lock hours for the town. (curfew) TEXTURES: So, unfortunately, the .ba2 archive of the textures sit at 571MB which well exceeds the LL upload limit of 250MB. I had to strip it in order to meet the upload limitations. The textures were mainly tied to the Pinup Quest: You choose your race > do the pinup quest > photos of you (whatever looks you choose) would appear around the town, on dead raider's etc. It was a neat concept, but bloated the file size and I don't have a way to upload them. VOICEFILES: They're all included in the .ba2 archive so their shouldn't be any additional files needed to be downloaded. REQUIREMENTS: I'm currently using the updated FO4, 1.11.221.0 (not sure how it would run on previous versions) I did add some Dependancies like Slave & Model Poses, AAF. I kept the old version since the new one is expanded quite a bit (probably very buggy as well) SAKR: I don't use this (previous patch was provided by Samhsay), nor have any knowledge on it, so I'm not sure how it could/would conflict. I won't be providing any patches for it or anything either. Edited Saturday at 10:50 AM by Wolfe6900

Encon4 Posted Saturday at 04:38 PM Posted Saturday at 04:38 PM tried the mod, loved the idea but it seems to be half cooked. i had to use 1.1.9 version since the newer version always crash. the dialogue doesn't seem to work as intended, any choice always exit the dialogue when choosing to work or not, and there's no clothes delivery for the job, so i had to use console to get them but still, working as any job there's no progress nor gain any caps. in the hotel there's activate trash but doesn't do anything.

The newest version is made for Fallout4 version 1.11.221.0; I think a lot of users are still stuck on the older versions due to dependencies etc.

DanPhalanx Posted Sunday at 05:34 AM Posted Sunday at 05:34 AM I'm on 1.11.221.0 and when I tried it earlier today, having the most recent version of Simple Jobs installed started crashing the game on load after about an hour of playing. I had to remove the mod to get back into the game. I tried it again just now, and similar to when I tried it earlier, on first load with the mod installed it caused AAF and AAF Themes to act like they were just now initialized, showing me the installation message boxes again for both of those mods before the Simple Jobs message box asking about the character appearance/race. I'm not gonna keep playing with it installed right now, but I might give it a try some other time and see if I can make it crash again so I can check crash logger to see what's going on.

Thanks for the info! I've been debugging on a fresh save every time, so I've not been in for over an hour to see CTDs. If you can check the crash logger, that'd be great. I may play around with it some time and see if I can recreate the crash.
