Permanently Removing Progress Bars Over Head

Hey folks!

Not that it's a big deal but I never liked those progress bars over the heads when a sim is doing something that levels up some skill.. Especially now after changing regular channels with porn by this mod https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/14790-adult-tv-channels-movies-300321/ Now my sim is wathing porn and has a filling-up bar with say a cooking symbol, LOL!

Now, I've googled that you can enter "headlineeffects off" into a console which does almost what I want (it also removes the plumbob but oh- well, not that I need it much).. But the only minor thing about this method is that you must do it everytime you restart a game

So is there something that as a title says removes those progress bars permanently?
