Bleakfalls Barrow problem

[Storms of Superior]

When I get past the first two bandits inside Bleakfalls Barrow, the next stretch of empty corridors causes a CtD in 100% of the attempts to pass it.

 

Here is the BOSS load order in case that helps.

I notice you have the dawnguard and dragonborn patches for SD. You don't have dragonborn or dawnguard in your load order as far as I can see. If the list is accurate and you don't have those two dlc packs, you should uninstall those two patches.

 

Also check AsharaMerchants.esp to make sure you have a version that only requires hearthfires. Other than that, you might need to use the process of elimination and disable everything, then reactivate one mod at a time while running through the section that is giving you trouble.

 

Or, if you know how to get your papyrus log, you could post that and see if any of the people who know how to read those logs can shed some light on the problem.

I'm afraid I can't help you with that bit, as I'm still trying to figure that out myself. I'm sure someone else will be able to point you in the right direction though.

Thanks for trying, and I just loaded everything I have into TES5edit. Turns out a couple of the mods somehow generated "identical to master" files when I wasn't looking. It's a shot in the dark, but here I go trying again.

Some mods have those ITM records for a reason, so cleaning them could lead to you needing to reinstall the mods.

 

I still recommend making sure you don't have any mods or patches that rely on things you don't have (and replace them with the version that only needs what you do have), as that can cause problems (though one would think the problems would start before getting to bleak falls barrow).

Somehow the SD+ patches for Dawnguard, Dragonborn, and Frostfall, as well as the Dawnguard dependent .esp for Nude Creatures keep getting activated. Usually I can catch this in NMM, but sometimes I have to open the game launcher to find it. Now I have to run boss again to get my plugins back in order.

What version of the wearable lantern mod are you using?

 

Also, I suggest using Mod Organizer instead of Nexus Mod Mangler - it tends to keep things running a lot smoother, and it's easier to keep track of what is active and what isn't.
