I am going to go out on a limb and ask "What exactly is a mana holster?" The picture you provide doesn't seem to indicate at all, nor do you give any sort of reference, even to an original mod if its a conversion you want.

The Bandolier mod has potion holsters, if that's what is meant by mana holster...

I know of Bandolier mod but I meant a thigh potion holster.
