I have this mod installed as well as all requirements, but the debuffs arent shown in the effect menu, they are there im sure because my magic is going down, but i just cant see them. Likewise Feminan Modesty Animations arent playing, so i am unsure just what causes this issue.

Chances are that you have not properly configured AND MCM. 
You need to enable dynamic modesty in the AND MCM. If it's not enables, AU will misbehave.

I got a bug where my health was being drained slowly and quickly randomly by this mod when I updated mid save. I fixed this by turning dynamic modesty in AND off and on again. Don't know why that happened; jus that it did.

That cannot come from the mod, I have no health drain effect at all 

Are you using the Survival patch ? 
If so, maybe that could explain it. I forgot to mention, but the update may bork the effects for the survival patch (The editorID clash), which may have confused the engine. 

Good that it resetting Dynamic modesty helped, for the most part is relatively safe to upgrade,  since is almost scriptless, and the script only monitors your dynamic modesty to reset the spells

OK, I'm baffled. 

The mod is self-healing and you can reset. 
In reset it removes all spells applied by the mod from the player, so anything weird that may have occurred from upgrading would be removed. 
Then it re-applied the effects.

Disabling and enabling Dynamic modesty has a similar effect to reset

Yep that was it, just a quick question, i understand that after some time my Character will get used to being naked and will start to get buffs from being seen nude?

Yes, but that is controlled by AND dynamic modesty feature.

AND Dynamic modesty tracks your current dress state and ranks you up/down depending on how much time do you spend in a determined clothing state. 
When you rank up/down my mod gives you different spell effects accordingly 

You can also test this by using AND MCM to rank up/down

Ohh, so just so that i understand it all perfectly; When i am naked around people(detected by AND) i get shy, your mod gives me a debuff, if i am naked a lot i wont be shy anymore and instead bold, your mod will give me a buff? And that all happens automatically or do i need to manually change the settings in the MCM (Does it work as soon as the mods are active? Or do i need to activate the propare settings for it?)

All is automatic, you only have to configure a couple of things at the beggining, to your liking. 
1- AND MCM-> you HAVE to activate dynamic modesty
2- AND MCM -> You choose between simple modesty or strict modesty tracking
(For most users I recommend simple, with strict modesty you have to progress gradually which means that you have to have outfits for different stages)
3- AND MCM -> You choose the modesty Upgrade/downgrade time, default 14 days (you have to stay in a state for 14 in game days to move your dynamic modesty rating)
4- AND MCM -> You choose the starting modesty profile (I'd recommend the default, start as shy)
5- AND MCM -> YOu choose if you want to trigger dynamic modesty animations while being seen by male, females or both
6- AU MCM -> You can choose the presets for the effects (personality/dressstate), you can turn off, weak, normal, strong and hardcore preset

NOTE: Buffs and debuffs depend ONLY on dynamic modesty and dress state. It does not matter if you are seen or not. Being seen only applies the dynamic modesty animation which is a cosmetic effec

2- Read AU mod description to understand the buffs and debuffs for the combinations of AND dynamic modesty/Dress states and their strengths 
3- Use supporting mods that reinforce the gameplay loop, my own Bare, Licenses, LMAO, any armor degradation mod (can break/unequip armor mid combat), etc

After I updated to 2.1.0, I also encountered this issue: taking off clothes (going naked) keeps reducing health... Now I'm trying to roll back the version.

Weird I didn't have this issue when testing. 
Did the reset option on the MCM not help ?
