Can someone explain me? why the hell my sexlab and sos etc all settings never saves?

I have to also restart while in game each time all of them or they don't function well shows wrong stat of had sex partners etc but soon as I restart it shows all right and recent also counts but that's the thing after game restarts you need to rebuild in game or this happens any fix to permanently keep them? will be huge

 

also one thing, I can move sos up and down only when masturbate is that normal? I can't move while in animation, but everything works, I'll like some help to fix these small issues please. if you know tell me.

Your questions sound quite revealing that you're new to the modding community. Please check out some of the threads that serve as beginner's guides on how to start modding Skyrim like a champ. And no, I'm not trying to be condescending or mocking at all. I hope you're not underage; I don't think you should be here if that's the case.

I haven't used SOS for a while (TNG is better for my taste), but I don't remember that the MCM configuration could be saved for other games profiles at all. You can try mods like:
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/61719

Now, if you mean that after making changes to the MCM and exiting the game, everything resets to its default values when you reload a save, then you have a more serious issues. Remember to check that you installed all the mod's requirements. In fact, I insist that you check one of those beginner's guides. Cheers.

I'm having the issue of animation registry resetting when I restart the game. I've done a little digging, and I was told that there should be a userdata folder that stores this information. I'm using Vortex, and the person helping isn't familiar with Vortex, but there is no userdata folder in skse/SexLab and he says that's likely the issue. I just wonder, if that's the case, is there a fix?
