Best Fertility mod 2026?

I'm looking for a mod that added a simple menstruation feature. There is Fertility Mode and BeeingFemale SE? Which one should I use or any other that is better? Does those mod added menstruation with visual effect? Like blood leaking? Thanks.

In my opinion, the best pregnancy mod as far as gameplay is the original Fertility Mode with Fixes and Updates by Subhuman. I know there's a new "Reloaded" Fertility Mode but afaik it's still early in development and doesn't offer much yet.

Beeing Female might be more realistic than Fertility Mode, but it's extremely old and can be a pain to get working and has a number of compatibility issues.

 

No mods that I'm aware of have period blood implemented. It's one of those things that tends to be more work than its worth to implement for most people.

im using FM + the fixes and tweaks but the pregnancy scripts can be a bit janky for example they can trigger during other animations like during sexlab animations and force you to cancel out of whatever you're doing. i also hid the puke script in MO cause it'd get everywhere and not go away. also the pregnancy breast sag script is constantly fighting your regular breast physics/softbody so they constantly cancel eachother out.

Hey does anyone know what like the most NSFW filled mods list is?  Like one that has kind of everything primarily in the sex and hardcore sections if that's a thing. I am currently playing with Licentia next and wanted to know if there was something with even more and stuff like gay futa short stack all that junk.

Fertility mode is easier to use and install. Personally i've been using Being female for ages and with Being Female NG (released dec 31), i'm back to it. Won't lie, it took me some time to make it all work due to body morphs being a pain. But now it is 100% stable and functional as it was before.

2026 answer: being female ng, it's stable for now, i have tested and covered most of situations in heavy modded real play through, worth to try.

FM is ok but out of date since no further maintainous. imo it's not fun comparing with bf ng and still have some bugs for years

SGO if is fun to play but still have some bugs(worth to try)

I wouldn't listen to people saying that FM is old and therefore bad. I use it (v3) and AFAIK it is stable, works, and has no big incompatibilities or issues. Absolutely no reason to not use it purely because it is old. It's worth looking at what's new ofc, but out of the handful of fertility mods I've tried it is reliable, simple and pretty full featured. It also has addons like bloodline because it has been around for a while.

There's a new version of FM called Fertility Mode Reloaded that's supposed to be more stable
