You have OneDrive, which may be interfering with your game. The game is currently located in your "Documents" folder, but it's accessing the game from (C:\Users\[USERNAME]\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\Die Sims 4), which is causing the issue. You should disable OneDrive so that your game is located in (C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Electronic Arts\Die Sims 4).
