All conversations except one disappeared

Hi. How come all my conversations except 1 are gone? I had a dozen conversations that I kept for various purposes, such as help, guides, links and so on. Now all of that is gone. I would have downloaded them but the inbox offers no option to export messages, I also did not see any warning about them ever getting deleted.

What happened here? And no, I was not hacked and I did not delete them myself.

I have the same problem.

My PMs from over 2 years ago are gone. Only 53 left.
Now I read "Used 1% messenger storage"  but was 5 or 6%

And one old PM I used as picture storage, Now many of my Mods without pictures.  The PM was over 10 years old, and since then I've often used it as a picture storage ... there were a lot of pictures.

e.g. Mods with missing pictures.

In my "LoversCrowningIsle Mod" and "Wearable Tattoos and Body-Writings" and "A chest companion" The images are not working. (some or all)
All the pictures were in the PM.  With many downloads, you no longer know what you are actually downloading.

 

It will take some time to find the pictures again. I don't even know if I have them all on my PC.

 

Edit:

Even in "my attachment", the image files were deleted.

Thanks for your reply. One of your PMs was 10+ years old?

I thought maybe most of my messages were deleted because there was no activity in them for a while, but this makes it sound like that's not the case. My storage was also far from full.

I also contacted LL support via a support ticket but I have yet to receive a reply.
