It'll be much funnier in 20 years when he's actually got something to drink about and he's ranting incoherently about "the Jews". Anyhow, he's getting older now so I half expected him to get picked up on a sexual abuse/statutory rape charge, in a somewhat "life imitates art" fashion.

If only we had a justice system where these types of people couldn't buy their way out of normal punishment : /. Take Lil Wayne for example, spending his entire prison sentence in a relatively comfortable segregated unit, away from general population.

When you pay bail, it's like saying "I'll be a good boy and return for my trail when my court/trail date shows up, and I wont do anything else stupid in the meantime." Then they let you go. If you violate your bail conditions (usually, getting arrested for another crime) you'll have your bail revoked and will have to wait in jail for your court/trail date.

Both disruptive and manace and are not worth being around in any society, i say send all punks to some hard labor camps and re-educated the the SPARTAN WAY no matter what country they come from.

People get all in a fucking hissy about privileged shits like the "Affluenza" kid being subjected to a different legal system than everyone else, but "Oh!", when it's someone they don't like - such as Bieber on the docket, well then they WANT to have a separate legal system in force so he can be arraigned on inflated charges and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law possible, if not beyond. He should face the exact same charges which carry the exact same sentence as any one of us would get if we were guilty of the same crime. No more, no less. It's... not nearly as big a deal as people are making it out to be.
