Mod Idea: Super Charged Soul Gems

I don't know if this exists, but the idea is super charged soul gems, but they aren't charged with souls, but female orgasms. A soul gem is inserted, either vaginally or anally, and each time she orgasms it fills the gem a little more. Multiple orgasms super charge the soul gem, changing it to the next larger size of soul gem (cum gem?). The gem would be magically sealed or locked inside until it was filled.
