Honestly I'm mostly just uploading it so I don't forget in a year what this was for.

 

It's just a bat file using NirCmd, run it instead of SKSE to change the resolution of your monitor to 3440x1440 (Or whatever really) and then it waits for Skyrim to eventually crash and then it puts your screen back to 5120x1440 (Or yes whatever you put in there).

Nvidia GPUs have the control panel that can set custom resolutions for specific applications but AMD doesn't and Skyrim... is Skyrim so we're left duct taping stuff again.

  Just put the batfile,SKSE shortcut and NirCMD in your game folder. (Just make to check the path in the .bat)
