[WHAT IS?] White dress with wings - trying to ID clothing mod

Ran across this screenshot on Nexus mods.  Can anyone identify what mod (or mods) the clothing is from and point me in the direction of where I can find it?

 

I tried asking the author who posted the screenshot, but haven't received a response.  I believe the person was banned so I'm not expecting a response via DM.

I really didn't think it'd be on nexusmods, and I don't think I would've found it based on the descriptions in the mods.

please look at my reply the correct dress is here on my second reply. I verified on cosplay pack it isnt there

Oh I see now!  Lots of similarities between the follower armor and the Gala pack.  I probably wouldn't have realized until I started running the body slide files. 

 

 

Thanks so much.  I'm amazed that anyone was able to find it this quickly.  I wouldn't have thought to look through follower mods since I was focusing on armor and clothing tags.

Google reverse image is your friend honestly

I found it by cropping the photo to get only the dresses, then did a Google image search and the AI results told me it was probably 2 thing. One of them being the follower mod and yep it had the dress
