Fallout 4 Update incoming on November 10, 2025

On November 10, 2025, the Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition and a free update will be released, bringing new Creations content, performance improvements, and ultrawide display support. The Anniversary Edition includes the base game, six add-ons, and over 150 Creation Club items in a new bundle.

The update, which requires maintenance from November 6-10, includes a new in-game menu for discovering and downloading Creations content.

Update details

• Creations Menu: A new in-game menu will be added for easier access to user-created content and paid mods.
• Performance and UI improvements: The update includes fixes for ultrawide monitors, allowing for correct scaling of menus, HUDs, and item previews, as well as better map functionality and letterboxed save previews.
• Maintenance: Fallout 4 mods and the Creation Club will be offline for maintenance from November 6-10, 2025, to prepare for the new update. 

Anniversary Edition

• Content: This new package includes the base game, all six official add-ons (Automatron, Far Harbor, Nuka-World, Wasteland Workshop, Contraptions Workshop, and Vault-Tec Workshop), and over 150 Creation Club items.
• Availability: The Anniversary Edition will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. A version will also be released for Nintendo Switch in early 2026.

It apparently updated the previous creation club stuff to not immediately flash you with Quest Notifications upon leaving the vault so that’s nice I guess.
