Casual Spanking Mods?

So there are lots of great sex mods, but I’d like a mod where the pc gets justifiably whipped and spanked for being a nuisance. There are a handful of mods out there that make it easy to rack up bounties and get funneled into Prison Overhaul, which is amazing, but Pop is like at least an hour commitment every time and I’d like something a little less involved. Immersive Bdsm is good, but there’s no narrative so you have to headcannon the whole scene. I have four ideas for how to bring casual spanking to Skyrim in an immersive and lore-friendly way.  

 

     What I’d like the most is an overhaul of the crime system that makes friendly npcs initiate dialogue at the point they would usually attack when they catch you stealing or pickpocketing. They would confront the player and demand either gold, sex, a brawl, or for the pc to submit to wearing devices or a spanking or a pop-style whipping. A basic implementation would either let the player choose or randomize the consequence, but ideally things like the player’s level and reputation and the npcs social status, relationship, and personality stats would be factored in to determine what options were available.

 

  Another common form of currently unpunished brattiness is the pcs ability to dance on the tables and kick the whole tavern’s dinner to the floor without being put over anyone’s knee. The npcs gripe at you but they never do anything, would it be possible to hook into whatever that gripe script is and play a spanking animation after the second or third warning? Maybe a whipping or restraints if the pc keeps doing it? Once you were thane you could go back to dancing silly Camelot jigs to your hearts content and everyone but the Jarl would just have to put up with you.

 

    Hey milk-drinker! What if there was a chance that drinking milk in public would cause nords to challenge you to brawl, then give you a spanking for your childishness if you lost or refused? What if the chances were highly racially skewed? Would being a Thane be enough to protect you? Think about it.  
 

    Ok, now this is crazy and probably not feasible, but what if Skyrim was so kinky that everyone (of higher rep/status than pc) just spanked you every time you lost relationship points with them at all? Sass the Jarl? Get over his knee! Wowee! Would there be a way to do that without breaking every quest?

 

     Well these ideas have been on my mind for a while now, but even though I’ve been installing mods for more than a decade now, I’ve never made one before and I don’t know where to start. Can somebody point me in the direction of mods that already to this, or could be repurposed with tag management? Like I’ve “converted” Defeat from a rape mod to a spanking mod in the past by disabling all aggressive anims except the spanking ones, but that desexes the whole game which isn’t really what I’m after. Of my four ideas, which is likely the lowest hanging fruit and what guides should I follow? Of course if anybody wanted to take on any part of this project I would be eternally grateful and would be happy to playtest and help in whatever ways I could.
