There are plenty of mods for ark but I've never seen a lewd mod but I think it has high potential. Gamebanana has almost no mods for it, Nexus for some reason doesn't even have it at all, and I'm pretty sure Steam doesn't allow lewd mods anymore, or at least I can't find them.

I have never seen anything so advanced as a 'sex mod' or anything like that but there are definitely nude mods. Ark: Uncut 2.1 (NSFW) is just one example. Problem is that that damn Aquatica update broke so many damn mods and a lot of them are so old that they are not receiving updates anymore. Unfortunately I think this may be one of them so I don't think this even works anymore on the current version of the game. 

 

That said, there are ways to roll back a game to a different version in steam with some console commands. Here is a guide to do so. So in theory, if you roll back your game to prior to the Aquatica update then older, broken mods like this one will work again. Downside is that you won't be able to play online. At that point your game is permanently stuck as singleplayer only.
