A modder was asked about it, and he said that the game is made up of videos, so a mod isn’t possible.

Actually it's possible it's just it would take a lot of things aligning and so much time and effort because they would have to redo all of the cutscenes once people were able to dig up the metadata on the character models and everything like that which is why it would take more time and effort because they would have to redo every single cutscene so if it did become a mod it's either going to be a pay for mod or it'll be one that only comes out when a certain amount of donations is accumulated kind of like that one fallout mod where the person only worked on it while he was getting donations when he stopped getting donations he stopped working on it until people start donating again but at least for now it's not plausible it's totally possible but it would take months of work and a lot of people believe that they're already going to be using dispatch to do a whole bunch of other stories so it just be a game where the mods are just always behind because the best bet would be to wait for an entire story to come out redo all of the cutscenes which would take months upon months and then in the next story or full scenario comes out you have to wait for the full thing to be completed before anyone starts working on it because nobody wants to spend months just to finish one chapter to then have to go to the next chapters or if you get a decently competent moder you know getting the stuff done two days before the next chapter comes out and then having to bust your ass again

Yea, cutscenes are most likely way outside of the scope for any modder to do with a game like this... altho I dont think changing the character spash-art / icons wouldn't be to crazy if anyone ever gets the fancy to do it. I don't see the appeal to it though with half the game being videos it might be a bit jarring. (Granted it's an nsfw mod so who would give a shit at that point lol)

Hi yall, i just wanted to say that i worked on a mod for another game (Coral Island) under the name of ''Buscaminas'' char portraits are def a can do, but as ''@KyoDaShark'' said cutscenes are out of the question, it would take months just to make a cutscene, i did a very simple animation just to try out a few things and see how it would work, lets just say is a complete nightmare and everything has to be redone, couldnt figure out the correct program they used for it so if anyone has any clue about it it would be appreciated, if and is a big ''IF'' i stumble across a better and simpler way of doing it, i'm up for it (i would start a coffee or smtng of course but nothing too crazy) and it would be a really good thng to have at least until another chapter comes out.
