sneak arm twitching help

I remember fixing this at one point and now broke it again and can't remember how to fix it again, basically the animation for sneak 1 hand idle and turn have the right arm in two different positions so when I turn or make any movement the arm spazzes between the two positions.  I fit were just that I could live with it but the head position is slightly off as well and using immersive first person means that any movement while sneaking makes the camera go batty now too.

   When I had fixed it in the past I had managed to make the idle be the same anim as the turn there was no movement and yo just sort of pivoted in place but I've tried renaming and deleting files all over the place to try to get the turn anims and the idle anims to use the same ones but can't seem to get it right.  Can anyone tell me what the hell is going on and which files I need to rename\copy?

Hmm, so now I'm confused even more, I downloaded pretty combat idles sneaks since it's animations look nothing like the ones I use which would make it easy to see what was doing what.  It came with two files, the idle sneak and the 1hand sneak which do exactly what they sound like they do.  However when I have a weapon drawn and turn it uses a third animation that isn't either of those but definitely comes from them.  With this version when idling with a weapon her legs are close together but when she turns her feet move apart causing the camera to wiggle, the feet apart thing isn't in either of the animations.  The old animations I used had the character crouched and when she'd turn instead of the feet moving her right arm would pull back, again not an animation that existed anywhere else.  So where is this movement coming from and how can I stop it or change it?  Also just to make sure I I took the two files from the pack and renamed them so that both used the same anim and the mystery leg movement is still there.

Maybe the old mod had something like sneak_turnleft60.hkx.

If you don't have it in your data folder, the game uses the one packed in "data\Skyrim - Animations.bsa"

yeah I think the way i had fixed it initially was extracting everything that said sneak from the bsa and making them use the same anim for everything, the confusion came from never being able to pin down where those mystery movements came from and now by accidentally replacing something I've gone and borked the whole thing up again.
