That's right, it has a story and everything has its justification (even the pokemorphs).

Any chance you could give a small story synopsis of what's going to be done? I'm curious about the women.

Sure, though I won't go into details so as not to spoil it.

 

The synopsis would be: In the Aegis region, an organization called "Team Magenta" has emerged. They mysteriously obtained objects called "Human Balls," which they used to rule the region for a long time until they were defeated. However, Human Balls remained a recurring feature in the region, attracting perverts to fulfill their fantasies in a region lacking order. Currently, a new Team Magenta has emerged and is kidnapping girls from all over. In addition, all sorts of strange events have begun to occur, including the appearance of Pokémon transformed into girls. There seems to be a connection between these two events. Cass, an employee at a Pokémon ranch and a closet pervert, witnesses her boss being kidnapped by Team Magenta and decides to rescue her. Along the way, she discovers many more things in a region where it's catch or be caught.

 

Again, I've left out too many things, as I want them to discover them while they play.

An update to the sprites, the schoolgirl is ready and I've started working on the back sprites (the fisherwoman's design will probably change)

Is it that you don't like the fisherwoman's design anymore or is it a problem to do a back sprite with the current design?

 

I do like the look of the current fisherwoman but I can see it would be an issue doing a back sprite with her hair as it is because when facing the opponent her hair hangs over the part of her face that is towards the player. I'm no good at sprites but could it be possible to style her hair to the other side in the front sprite so in the back sprite her face is more camera facing?

 

All that aside, you are doing terrific work and I'm sure a new fisher sprite will be great aswell.

It's not because of the hair style; I mean, I might change the hair color. I haven't decided yet, but for now I'll leave it like this and maybe change it in the future. The same could apply to all the other sprites.

Today I felt quite motivated to keep working, here's the back sprite of the bug catcher

 

I'll take this opportunity to mention some of bug-type Pokémon that will appear in the region (including their final evolution): Butterfly, Beedrill, Ariados, Dustox/Beautifly, Pinsir/Heracross, Scizor and Armaldo (small spoiler, at least 2 of these will have a Pokemorph form in the future)

After spending many hours and corrupting the ROM several times, I've realized how difficult it is to add new moves. This is going to take me a while and many tutorials, so I'd better make the maps first.

Okay, I've managed to insert my own map, edit the intro a bit, and fix the graphic errors; it's slowly coming together.

The player's room is ready (I had to re-edit the ROM because the maps were corrupted). This will be the player's starting point for now. I think I'll move on to making the sprites for the player's overworld, since I had completely forgotten about them.

I've been busy making the maps, so I haven't had time to make sprites. Plus, I lost all my progress due to a bug and had to restart. But don't worry, as soon as I finish the maps, I'll make more sprites for the other girls.
