I really feel like this game flew under the radar. I hadn't seen any promotion for it other than the day before it launched. Granted the first game was, at best, pretty shallow and, at worst, garbage. I am currently playing through the second game and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

As far as a nude mod goes. Certainly I would love to see one. Like Starfield, this game seems to really encourage you to swap out your armor frequently and be pretty fluid with which armor set you use for each situation. The downside to this is that for any nude mod to be enjoyed you have to forsake the use of armor entirely. Now if there was a way to make skimpy armor or some kind of custom armor on par with The Naked Spacesuit mod for Starfield, that could be more lore friendly.

The only issue with making a custom piece of armor is (A) I don't know there are dev tools to put custom armor in to the game at all yet, (B) since there are so many different armors with different effects/boons the custom armor would either have to have many, many variants or just one variant with slightly OP stats to negate/eclipse any vanilla armor.

I would like to see a nude mod as well as skimpy armors particularly because at that point it may be possible to make the NPCs wear skimpy armor as well.

If DnD goons can standardize fantasy bikini armor for female warriors then it should be possible to standardize bikini space armor for futuristic space warriors.

Here's some ai generated concept ideas of what I'm thinking of:

Paid mod on Patreon.

Man I have such a torn opinion on paid mods... I'm not in a position currently to pay extra for something so unnecessary, but considering people pay over $10 often for commodity skins on games the lower rates I've seen for these mods are more than fair to the devs... especially when it's only a couple people doing all the work.  That being said, I'd likely never do more than $5-10 tops to mod a game unless it was one I expect to sink more than 60 hours into after the fact.

I totally think they deserve the compensation, but I'm also mildly irritated paid is the only option.
